Swiss Bakery has provided Vancouver with a variety of delectable goods for over 15 years. Swiss Bakery cultivates baking in a European style that accentuates original and hand crafted goods, like our Artisan breads, pastries, and cakes.

Swiss Bakery’s owner, Michael Siu, has over 28 years of bakery experience. Over the years, Michael has gathered a multi-ethnic outlook including Greek, German, French, and Swiss influences. In 2010, he earned Certified Master Baker status from the Retail Bakers of America.

Swiss Bakery also offers wholesale service, and counts many Vancouver-area restaurants and businesses among its clientele.
